Given such a large and continually changing portfolio of properties that are provided by the property partners on this site, many people do not have the time to try and keep up. This service means you don't have to, as we contact you, either by email or by telephone (as specified) whenever a closely matching investment property becomes available.

Here's how it works.

Step 1 - The Fact Find.

This is an initial online form-based process, the purpose of which is to build a picture of your background, current portfolio, investment goals, and most importantly, the key factors you are looking for in any potential investment properties. There is a single form to fill in (held on our 128-bit encrypted secure server), which should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

After that, you can sit back and wait for us to contact you - no more work is needed !

We'd prefer you to fill out as much of this form as possible, in order to help us match our existing properties to you and also to source new developers and agents when we see patterns of demand emerging. However, we appreciate that some information can be sensitive, so a large portion of the form is voluntary and not compulsory.

Step 2 - The Investment Radar.

Before they go live on the site, we assess and score each of our investment properties according to a number of different factors. Our proprietary software then automatically cross-matches this analysis with the profiles of all the registered investors in our sytstem. For every property added to the site, our consultants can then access a hotlist of investors whose profiles indicate they are most likely to be interested in making a purchase.

The consultant can then either phone or email you right away with the details of the property and subsequently liase with the selling agents to ensure your initial questions are answered and put in a position to make a fully informed investment decision.

There will be a 48 hour window where this activity will take place before the properties are available on the site to anyone other than registered investment clients. As any seasoned buyer will know, the first 48 hours after the release of a development are critical when it comes to securing the best units, so if you are a serious buyer ready to move quickly, this service is for you.
