Financial
At this stage, there is no financial commitment to express interest. By expressing interest, you will be put on a reservation invitation list and then once a date has been confirmed, you will be invited to reserve. At reservation, a 10% deposit will be required, to be held in trust.
On September 30, 2008, a further 5% will be required. Closing will be in December 2009, at which time the remainder of the purchase price will be required. Resales have already experienced 10% in capital growth since the month of March. By reserving, you hold the 2007 price for a closing purchase in 2009 - this is a better offer than any discounted property and this sort of opportunity does not come onto the Canadian market very often!
