The Project
The Alpine Village project will consist of just 45 (Freehold) single family homes built on stunning mountain wooded lots of +/- 2 acres. There will be 8 models to choose from that will consist of 3,4,5, or even 6 bedrooms. The architecture for all models is inspired by the arts and crafts movement which is the most sought after type of architecture among ski resorts in North America. The post and beam construction requires minimal maintenance and offers much more insulation and windows.
Prices
The price range will vary from $649,000 CAD to $849,000 CAD (Approx. £325,000 to £425,000 sterling)
Priortity Ranking Reservation Process
Although the official release of this project is not due until October 2008 the developers have now agreed to accept priority ranking reservations from all interested parties. In other words, the first reservation gets the first choice of plots on launch day etc. The cost of making a reservation is $5,000 CAD (Approx. £2,500 sterling) which is fully refundable if no purchase is made. For those that do make a purchase the deposit will be used as part of the first payment of 10% at the signature of the preliminary contract.
Note: It will not be possible to build every model on every plot, as some are too exclusive to build the smallest model on etc.
