Blueberry Lake is located 30 minutes from Mont-Tremblant International ski resort. They have their own private shuttle to bring you to the resort. Only 60 chalets take place on a private domain of 300 acres of precious nature. On the resort, you will be able to enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, skating, ice fishing, swimming in the indoor pool located at the clubhouse. Also, located at the clubhouse, you could book for a massage; go for a relaxing moment in the dry or steamed sauna, workout at the gym, all of that before spending a good time with your loved one at the lounge, followed by a great super at their restaurant!
You prefer the privacy of your chalet, no problem! Arrange the perfect evening with the concierge and book your private chef that will cook for you at your chalet. You could also come back from your day of activity have a massage at your chalet before you jump in your own Jacuzzi.
In the summer, you can enjoy swimming in their private lake or going waterskiing at their private acces on Lac Alphonse, hiking in their trails or going for a bicycle ride.
The chalet is a solid construction on 3 levels. Including the basement (above ground), you have 2 679 square feet of liveable space. On the main floor, the living room and dining room have cathedral 21' ceilings with a full wall of windows opening up to a beautiful view on the field. A great stone fireplace will warm up your evening in the winter.
The property is sold completely furnished and equipped.
In the basement, while your children are watching a good video on the 36 inch plasma TV, or surfing on the high speed Internet, you will be able to defend your champion title at the pool table, or just go relax in the outside Jacuzzi, under the stars!
When you are not using the property, the management team of Blueberry Lake Resort will rent it out for you so you can get some of those expenses covered by the rental income!
