Silver Star has over 60 kilometres of track-set Nordic trails, which will keep even the most avid cross country skier occupied for the whole season. The charming, Victorian inspired village offers convenient ski-in, ski-out access to Silver Star's boutique retail shops, restaurants and cafes. The new Alpine Meadows quad chairlift is now open to rave reviews. Named after the incredibly successful group of 49 Homesites that sold out in less than 3 hours this past March, this new chairlift will open up a side of Silver Star that required a hike to access until now. With a capacity of 1,200 people per hour and a quick 5 minute ride to the top, this new quad chair follows last year's addition of the Silver Woods Express, which opened 400 acres of brand new terrain.

Silver Star Village is a quick 22 km drive (12 miles) northeast of Vernon BC, providing easy access to the Okanagan's best lakes, golf courses and wineries. Modern highways will have you here in 5 hours from Vancouver, 6.5 hours from Seattle and 1.25 hours from Kelowna. Major airlines fly non-stop to Kelowna International Airport daily. From there it is just a 1 hour shuttle ride to Silver Star.
